"Liked it at first, but it’s wearing down already"
When I first got this band, I was happy with it. It felt comfortable, looked nice, and seemed like a solid buy. But lately I’ve been noticing the edges starting to wear after just a few weeks, and that’s kind of changed how I feel about it. It’s still usable and not terrible for the price, but the recent wear makes me wish it held up a bit better

It looks genuinely handmade and well put together. I was expecting something decent, but this turned out nicer than I thought, so I guess I only have myself to blame for not ordering one sooner

I really like the overall look of this ring. It’s clean and simple without being too flashy, which is exactly the kind of style I usually go for. The finish looks great too. I just wish there were a few more style options to choose from, but overall I’m happy with it...

"Felt stuck waiting on the shipping"
My order did eventually show up, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it was slow enough that I felt kind of trapped just waiting around for updates. The tracking didn’t refresh until late either, which made it more annoying. The product was fine once it finally arrived, though

"Literally looked so nice in person"
The package showed up neat and clean, and the ring box felt really nice too. Nothing was damaged at all, and it looked better than I expected. I was literally happy with it.

"I was way too excited when I opened..."
I was way too excited when I opened it because the finish looked spot on, just like the pictures. No weird surprises, no random off shade, nothing. It was exactly what I was hoping for!

"Still looks new after wearing it constantly"
I’ve been wearing my ring from gentlebands.com almost every day for a few months now, i’m relieved it still looks this good. I was a little worried I’d end up scratching it up right away and regret not being more careful, especially since I use tools here and there. But it’s barely showing any wear at all. Definitely glad I went with this one instead of taking a chance on something that might’ve looked beat up fast.

"Good support and quick replies"
I had a small issue with my order, so I ended up emailing Gentle Bands customer service to see what was going on.

They got back to me the next day, which was quicker than I expected. The person helping me was friendly and, you know, actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-and-paste response.
I’m giving 4 stars because the first reply did miss one small detail, but once I asked again, they cleared it up fast. So, overall, it was a good experience.

"Really comfy and fits well"
This fits great and feels really comfortable overall. It was maybe just a tiny bit snug at first, but after wearing it for a bit, it felt just right.

"Really impressed with this band"
I got my ring from Gentle Bands it feels really solid. It doesn’t have that “cheap” feel at all, and the finish looks super clean. The fit is comfortable too, which was a big plus for me. I’ve been wearing it every day and so far, no issues. Overall, I’m “happy” with it.

I’ve dealt with warranty claims before that turned into a whole headache, but this was nothing like that. They took care of my issue quickly and didn’t make me jump through hoops. Really smooth experience overall...

"Engraving turned out a little lighter than I hoped"
I got this and was excited to see how the engraving would look. Overall, it looks fine and still does the job, but when I opened it up, I noticed the engraving was lighter than I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker, just not quite as bold or easy to see as I had pictured.
